Failures in data center cooling loops usually fall into four groups:

1. Fitting leakage. Wrong crimp size, installation twist or mismatched fitting type.

2. Blisters or cracks at bends. Bend radius below specification, or sustained vibration causing local fatigue.

3. Bore deposits or blockage. Tube material incompatible with the coolant; extractables reach the cold plate micro-channels.

4. Cover ageing and cracking. Temperature or ozone beyond the material's range.

Prevention. Select for peak pressure with margin; keep minimum bend radius and support; avoid twist and tension; inspect by condition and replace the complete assembly when abnormal. For new or retrofitted projects, trial a small batch before full rollout.

Xuantone supplies assemblies for such service with batch inspection records.
