Our workshop handles braided and spiral hose production, assembly crimping and final inspection.
Common sizes are held in stock so repeat orders can be scheduled without waiting for a production slot; special sizes, lengths and fitting combinations are built to order.
Every assembly is pressure-tested after crimping, and inspection records can be shipped with the goods. Tell us bore, working pressure, length, fitting type and media temperature, and we will confirm the specification and lead time.

Milestones
Luohe Xuantone Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on low, medium and high pressure rubber hoses and hose assemblies.
Product lines extended from steel wire braided hoses to multi-layer steel wire spiral hoses, large-diameter spiral hoses (DN51-DN127) and mining hoses; the company obtained the qualification for goods and technology import and export.
With the development of the Luohe hydraulic technology industrial park, production and testing support capabilities were enhanced.
Launched small-batch mixed-specification trial orders and ready-stock direct shipping for overseas distributors and local assembly workshops; the foreign trade response process was standardised.
