In immersion cooling, hose is permanently submerged in dielectric fluid, so the selection driver is material compatibility rather than pressure.
Compatibility. Tube and cover must withstand long-term soaking without swelling, hardening, cracking or migrating components.
Low extractables. Extracted substances contaminate the coolant and can affect insulation and heat transfer — specify clean, low-extractable materials.
Fittings and seals. Fitting material and seal form must be compatible with the fluid, or the seal fails over time.
Dimensional stability. Length and outside diameter should stay stable after long soaking so routing and sealing are unaffected.
Xuantone can propose materials and constructions by fluid type. Compatibility should be confirmed by soaking tests at the actual fluid and temperature, with small-batch validation before volume use.
