About Us
Xuantone Hydraulic (brand: HYPASS) was founded in 2018 in Zhaoling District, Luohe City, Henan Province. We make and export low-, medium- and high-pressure rubber hose, hose assemblies and fluid connectors.
We serve two kinds of partners: overseas hose distributors, and local workshops that build assemblies or service equipment. Distributors get consistent specifications and lead times; workshops get assemblies crimped to drawing or sample. Common sizes are kept in stock and trial orders may mix several sizes.
We are based in Luohe Economic and Technological Development Zone, home to China's first specialized hydraulic technology industrial park — recognized as the "Hydraulic Hose Capital of China" (Luohe Daily, 29 July 2026) — which keeps raw materials, braiding and spiraling capacity, and testing resources close at hand.

Milestones
Luohe Xuantone Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on low, medium and high pressure rubber hoses and hose assemblies.
Product lines extended from steel wire braided hoses to multi-layer steel wire spiral hoses, large-diameter spiral hoses (DN51-DN127) and mining hoses; the company obtained the qualification for goods and technology import and export.
With the development of the Luohe hydraulic technology industrial park, production and testing support capabilities were enhanced.
Launched small-batch mixed-specification trial orders and ready-stock direct shipping for overseas distributors and local assembly workshops; the foreign trade response process was standardised.
