According to Luohe Daily (29 July 2026), Luohe Economic and Technological Development Zone has built China's first specialized hydraulic technology industrial park and has been awarded national titles including "Hydraulic Hose Capital of China"; the China (Luohe) Hydraulic Technology Industrial Park was recognized as a provincial equipment manufacturing transformation and upgrading demonstration park.
Braiding machines, spiraling machines and testing resources are concentrated inside the park, giving local hose makers clear cluster efficiency in raw material supply, production and inspection. For overseas buyers, a mature cluster means more predictable lead times for standard sizes and shorter sampling cycles for special sizes.
Xuantone Hydraulic (HYPASS) is located in Zhaoling District, Luohe, supplying large-diameter spiral hose, EN856 4SH/4SP ultra-high-pressure hose, SAE 100R series spiral hose and hose assemblies to overseas distributors and local assembly workshops.
