The Dredging Discharge Rubber Hose is a large-bore, high-pressure rubber hose specifically designed for dredger discharge systems. It transports slurry and sand-gravel mixtures excavated by cutter suction and trailing suction hopper dredgers through discharge pipelines to designated disposal areas or reclamation sites. Available in self-floating discharge hose (surface floating line), submerged discharge hose (sinking line), and end hose configurations, the product features a highly wear-resistant liner and high-strength reinforcement structure—delivering excellent pressure resistance, abrasion resistance, flexing fatigue life, and seawater environmental adaptability. It withstands long-term positive-pressure conveying of high-flow, high-concentration slurry in compliance with ISO 28017, serving as a critical conveying component in dredging and reclamation projects.
