The Dredging Suction & Discharge Rubber Hose is a heavy-duty large-bore rubber hose specifically designed for dredging operations. It is used on cutter suction and trailing suction hopper dredgers, as well as dredging equipment, for suction and discharge of slurry, sand, gravel, and silt. The hose features an ultra-thick highly wear-resistant liner and a high-strength reinforcement skeleton, with steel flanges vulcanized onto both ends. It delivers excellent abrasion resistance, pressure resistance, vacuum collapse resistance, and flexing fatigue life—withstanding severe erosion from high-concentration solid-laden media. Compliant with ISO 28017 and other international standards, the hose is widely used in river desilting, port and channel dredging, land reclamation, and sand mining projects.
