The PU-Lined Wear-Resistant Hose is a high-performance composite hose featuring a highly elastic Polyurethane (PU) inner liner, specifically engineered for the transfer of highly abrasive media. The PU liner offers 3–5 times the abrasion resistance of ordinary rubber, combined with excellent tear strength, elasticity, and hydrolysis resistance—withstanding prolonged high-velocity erosion from sharp particulate media such as sand, ore, and cement slurry. The hose body incorporates a high-strength reinforcement skeleton and wear-resistant outer cover, making it ideal for demanding applications including sandblasting, shotcreting, slurry transfer, and pneumatic conveying.
