1 Introduction
In the rubber hydraulic hose industry, after the hose is formed, the surface of the hose must be vulcanized after the water cloth is wrapped. Before entering the vulcanizing tank, the hose needs to be vulcanized after being rolled on the drum. The process of rolling into a disk is after the water cloth is entangled, and the hose enters the vulcanization tank. Since there is no automatic reel device, this has always been manually guided by the hose into a roll, resulting in an increase in labor costs due to low efficiency. An automatic reel device is now being developed.

After the hose is wrapped around the cloth, the hose is directly wound onto the drum. For a hose that is more vulcanized at a time, the larger the diameter of the drum, the longer the length of the hose that can be wound on the drum. The rollers have a diameter of 1.5-2.5 meters and a length of 1.0-1.6 meters. Because the drum needs to enter the vulcanizing tank, the vulcanization temperature is high, and it cannot be ensured that the rotating bearing is well lubricated and easy to rust. Roller bearings should not be used for rotary bearings, but they should be supported by sliding bearings. The roller device should be separable from the drive device. When the drum rotates, the hoses need to be arranged in a neat row and evenly arranged on the drum. Therefore, it is also necessary to use a wiring device that winds the hose into a disk to evenly distribute it on the reel. Therefore, the reel device is divided into two major parts, ie, a rotary device and a cable device.
