There are two types of connector and hose connection: buckle type and removable type. Buckle type hose fittings are simple in structure, reliable in use, small in size, and easy to process. The crimping machine is used for crimping. The size of compression of the crimped hose connector directly affects the joint connection performance. The crimping hose assembly is a non-detachable fixed pipe joint structure. This structure can form a large clamping force between the rubber layer and the joint. The joint sealing is achieved by the inner rubber layer of the hose by means of the jacket and the core. The inner rubber layer is deformed to complete.
The connection strength is ensured by the use of a direct pressurizing jacket to obtain a certain amount of compression of the hose, thereby securing the braided (or wound) wire. The high-pressure hose consists of three main parts: the inner rubber layer, the reinforcing layer and the outer rubber layer. These three parts have an important influence on the service performance and the service life of the hose. They ensure the strength, sealing and stability of the high-pressure hose. The inner glue layer is at the innermost layer of the hose, which ensures the tightness of the high-pressure hose and protects the load-bearing reinforcing layer (steel wire) from the working liquid. The reinforcement layer is composed of several layers of steel wire weaving (or winding), located between the inner and outer rubber layers to ensure the high-pressure hose joint strength stability and good tensile performance; the outer rubber layer protects the high-pressure hose from external factors.
